Interesting theory. I do think that Leonora saying that she has trouble doing things at certain times of the day will come into play. It sounds as if she is “sundowning” which is part of Alzheimer’s and really does effect memory and functioning as the day goes on. She talked about it twice and that makes it a Chekhov’s…
I’m obligated to point out that the theatergoing experience is not the same everywhere. Audiences differ by location. Here, I’ll occasionally have a theatrical experience interrupted by someone being inconsiderate, but it’s rare (and was even rarer in the halcyon days of the Arclight chain (RIP)).
From watching her on Orphan Black, Tatiana Maslany is the best possible special effect this show could have gotten
Having been 9 months pregnant, I can’t imaging Nina could stab someone multiple times with 2 different implements.
Wasn't Beck a second generation Scientologist, like Giovanni Ribisi? It doesn't make the cult itself less creepy, but I have a harder time holding someone accountable for their parents raising them in one.
The way I heard it, though, he was bummed it wasn't a food joke.
Beck will be long dead by the time the copyright to Loser expires, yet Weird Al will still look oddly youthful, is what I was getting at.
He doesn’t need it to be in public domain. Weird Al’s work doesn’t violate copyright (because parody is fair use, and he’s obviously parodic), he just prefers not to upset people, since his intention isn’t to actually mock them. The “asking for permission” thing is just him being nice.
I’ve seen a bit here or there from her show that I thought was funny, but overall, Amy Schumer isn’t my cup of tea. That others seem to find her funny is proof, if there were proof needed, that humour is subjective.
I wasn’t especially happy to see her AND Cara Delvinge as new characters as neither one of them can…
Re: Stray Observation 2 = Crime Scene Techs don’t clean crime scenes. There are companies that are specially hired to do that (I had a friend who worked for one of these “biological cleaning” companies... it’s a horrible job). But if you don’t hire someone to do it, then - yup - you’re cleaning up the scene as soon as…
The other characters’ horrified reactions to Amy Schumer are kind of making those scenes work for me
“I don’t do well at this hour.”
Spiders-Man was a collective of intelligent spiders filling out the Spider-Man suit in a whole fistful of “nope” for arachnophobes.
Surely the alligator gives them the option to go in any direction.
Correction: Half-sister, not step-sister. The chemistry between Mabel and Alice was huge, but so is the “this won’t end well remember Jan” factor. While I don’t think Alice had anything to do with the murder, given that it might have been about a painting, she can’t be ruled out, and at the very least, there are…
Why? Three different looking Spider-Mans met each other in the Marvel film that came out just prior to this. And only maybe 50% of Lokis looked like Hiddleston.
On the other hand, there were 3 different Peters Parker.
Whenever they get around to making a real FF movie, assuming that Krasinski is indeed not cast as the “real” Reed, they should still have versions of him pop in through multiverse portals every so often only to be immediately killed in increasingly absurd ways.
Landlords are not part of a single organization nor are they unified in any meaningful way, so I’m not sure why you think one bad landlord would spoil the whole bunch.
