I re-activated a dormant account with Slice, and discovered that their report is grossly inaccurate. I have reported it to them. We’ll see how it goes.

Thank you for the suggestion. It works, and I am in the process of downloading Word as we 'speak'.

I am receiving "Redownload Unavailable with this Apple ID. This redownload is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled." This makes no sense. I have not attempted to download Microsoft Office for my i5s, or for ANY other mobile device.
