YES! I did that last year and am trying to keep it very birthday-centric this year too. It made me so sad when he told me “ehh I don’t really care about my birthday and never have.” So I do try to make his birthday very birthday-y (lol).

Awesome suggestions. I think the drone is out because we live in Chicago and about a month ago witness a bunch of our neighbors practically attack (verbally) a teenage boy who was playing around with a drone. Sooo it doesnt seem like that may be the best option but your other suggestions are great!
