> I really want a fourth generation Corvette but because my insurance company is run by actual humans and not a sentient leather jacket, I cannot afford one at the moment.

just curious — how much are they quoting you on a C4?

> bare the burden.

Link seems broken.

It’s “pit,” not “pin.”

Low mileage doesn’t mean all the mechanicals are in good order. In fact, I would suspect a car sits for very long periods without extra maintenance if it has <1000 mi. These will sell to buyers who can pop the cash for a complete overhaul.

You can hear one person whimper “wait wait wait wait”

I ran my ‘83 on two relatively smooth snow rallyx courses, and put a rattle into my (non-power) steering rack. My car was pretty rugged, so I was disappointed that it was damaged like that.

I had the same issue on my 944 on ice — it doesn’t have the power/grip to easily overrotate the rear with throttle, so you keep getting tempted back to steer.

what does that mean?

My gut si that spark plugs have the biggest role, in that their buildup actually affect spark behavior. If the TB residue were fairly smooth and all stuck on, I can’t imagine it would perturb airflow that much (ust as an example).

Anyways, in my mind, spark plugs are important and easy. And then I realize I have a 911.

Did you have time to test the changes individually, or only as a whole?

Biggie: Ain’t shit changed, except the number after the dot on the Range

Jada: Why they didn’t make the CL6 with a clutch?

missed the capital.

Did you notice any difference after the tuneup?

Typo:

> the Jeep sunk to its sad,

It’s simple past tense — sank.

If they all knew how to drive, they wouldn’t have gotten themselves into this mess, hunh?

Have you figured out what aftermarket shiftknob to go with? That’s probably step 0.
