The fanciest place we went to had the 2013 World Pasta Champion as chef. I even ordered that dish! But it was not that good. Places that were further from that main tourist drag in CT were more promising. There was a hillside Malay-influenced coloured cuisine…

I was wholly unimpressed with food in Cape Town. We didn’t have anyone local giving us recs, but none of the places we tried that looked promising from our research were great. Good (and not expensive cuz of the rand) but nothing I’d rave to people to be sure to catch if they were traveling to SA.

Is the food awesome? It was very hard to get my hands on anything but adequate Western food wherever we went.

I think most of the costs have to do with ordering the carbon body panels, getting them shipped to a Viper-only plant, and having a special team hand-assemble Vipers. Switching to another motor doesn’t help with the costs…
