Well, but most, if not all of those victims have been dead for a century. Manson's victims' families are still very much alive.

Any guac recipe that includes cilantro is a good one to this Texas girl. Also, it's University of Oklahoma. (Sorry to be that person but I keep seeing it written incorrectly and it's gotten stuck in my craw.)

We totally deserve this.

Haha! Own it! Be proud!

No! Gen-Xers!

I live in Austin and everyone here has a "Lance Armstrong is a dick" story.

It is my all-time favorite movie, too! People always ask why and I'm just like, "Watch it! Watch it and learn!"

Dating myself here but does anyone else remember when Whitney burst on the scene as a Seventeen model? She was so adorable and fresh and then we found out she could sing like crazy. It's been such a heartbreak to see her and her daughter's story play out like this after seeing her potential back in the early 80s.

My son is an outspoken atheist at his Episcopal school (Texas) and they are fine with it; he doesn't have to be an acolyte anymore but still has to go to chapel every day and be respectful, which is what we teach him at home. I watched one episode until one of the guys said, "I call bullshit". I had to turn it off at that point.

Vaccines are not money-makers for Big Pharma; if they were, we'd be getting vaccines constantly. They lose money on vaccines but make it on medicines for diabetes and other chronic conditions. I know that isn't exactly what you asked but just as an FYI.

In case anyone needs support next time someone says of measles, "It's only a rash":

Yeah, part of the problem is that these diseases have disappeared because we've done such a good job eradicating them and people have forgotten how awful and dangerous they are. It's incredibly foolish.

Yeah, I'm all about using natural remedies if they work and my very traditional psychiatrist dad encourages melatonin before klonopin but a chiropractor would be the last practitioner I would listen to regarding viruses.
