This week in Austin, the overall heat index will probably average 108 degrees and when I see these young guys with thick, sweaty beards walking down the street or sitting outside listening to live music, I just want to race home and shower. Ick.

People and entities DO help abused and neglected children. Non-profits, churches, local, state and federal governments all work together. Is it perfect? No, sadly.
