How can you mention that self-consciously literary/pscho-babbling Gary Smith and not William Nack, a real writer?

Malcolm Gladwell believes himself entitled to opinions about everything.  I grew up in the South and am certainly at the liberal end of the political spectrum.  I recall reading Gladwell’s takedown of Gov. Jim Folsom and wondering why we ever let Canadians write about Southern politics.

Consent is a defense to rape. Minors cannot consent. There are all sorts of reasons why minors cannot consent. Not sure “rape” and “statutory” rape really are that different. And having sex with a drugged minor is not statutory rape it’s the same rape that would occur if a guy had sex with a drugged adult.
