The Shrike
The Shrike from Dan Simmons' "Hyperion" & sequels is pretty badass. Though on the book cover he's shown with only 2 arms instead of the 4 he was supposed to have.

I think he's more of a computer than a robot. Same with "Demon Seed" and "Colossus: The Forbin Project."

The highway chase scene and Monica Bellucci were the only good thing about Reloaded.

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS

Or you could just get Wanda Sykes to put a curse on her kidneys.

Is that the one where he said, "I'm tired of these motherfuckin' sharks on this motherfuckin' underwater science lab!"?

Yeah, seems like a lot of people are talking about what Boyle & Co. 'should do' instead of what other people 'shouldn't do', like showing up with bamboo sticks and bulldozing shacks and kittens.

Quick trivia—-which group had more survivors at the end of the movie, "The Magnificent Seven" (I know, based on Kurosawa) or "The Dirty Dozen"?

I've heard that most people who are alive today actually started out as babies.

And now we find out Jim and Pam did those naughty things you have to do to make a baby.

I think embarrassment might have played a role. What would you do if you were a boss and awoke in an empty room?

Changing Time on the Boss
We pulled that stunt on our boss for real one time. He fell asleep during a PowerPoint presentation and we all snuck out and changed the clocks. It worked! We all just left without waking him up, and we never heard a thing about it. For all I know, he woke up at midnight.

Finale
That was the Season Finale? Six episodes? Guess when the DVD comes out it will fit on one disc.

Now that was funny, Evel.

Commanche Station (1960) is another good R. Scott.

Because I would produce it and it would be awesome.

What I can't stand is when people say, "Discuss." Debate.

Due For a Remake
"MacKenna's Gold" (1969) Gregory Peck, Omar Sharif, Telly Savalas, Julie Newmar, Edward G. Robinson It has it all: Epic violence, mysterious lost city of gold out in the desert, Indian curses, Indian attacks, all kinds of backstabbing (some figurative; some literal), earthquakes, knife fights

I was wondering why "Man of the West" didn't get a mention. It is very adult for 1958. Crazy, whiny Jack Lord ("Hawaii 5-0) forces a hot Julie London to do a strip tease while good guy/former bad guy Gary Cooper is forced to watch. Coop's changed his ways and now practices non-violence, but when bad guys Lee J.

Things that make you go "Hmmm."
