So news and documentary people aren’t supposed to report on anything bad and disturbing because it might inspire people? What news are we left with then, the weather, sports and the stock exchange?

And they already have a ton of documentaries on such things as bank corruption, political corruption, police corruption but that doesn’t mean people should stop making documentaries on those subjects. Each new one is a different light and a different insight.

Have you ever seen a documentary? Legitimate documentaries present information objectively, they don’t glorify anything. More knowledge is never bad.

So what? People get exposed to all kinds of things and may or may not participate. Should we stop Drugs Inc in case people decide to start dealing? It’s possible.

Should have just asked Louis Theroux to do a documentary - he’s great at politely pointing out how idiotic racist/homophobic/misogyanistic beliefs are in a non threatening manner.

I agree. I wanted to see it. Had I watched it and thought it was glamorizing the KKK in any way I would have stopped but I was interested in a peek behind the sheet. It does seem important to know that this goes on and how in order to try to change it. I believe there was one woman in the trailer who was no longer

What are you doing that you somehow don’t see these folks bleating what they think and how they think from every available outlet? They are not exactly keeping that shit a secret. They are not silent. In fact, they will not shut the fuck up, ever.
