That’s why I ended up with the TourX. I needed it to have enough space for everybody on longish road trips but still be a car that I like to drive instead of a huge chunk of metal that makes getting into tight spots a chore. Wagon or die my friends.

Not to even touch on how cheap a used Zero bike can be had for. Seriously, you can pick those up for less than $10k. Plus they’re electric, so the motor will last a long time, has minimal maintenance for the previous owner to have neglected, and the batteries are small and much cheaper to replace than electric cars’.

Wait... there’s an input jack on it. Does this not charge by plugging it into the wall? Do you seriously have to use a cable to charge the battery and then plug it in directly to use it as a charger? Or is the input a secondary charge port for the battery?

Best. Best. Best. Thank you, George.

Oooo, nice post wash photoset you got there! Still wet to hide that fading clearcoat, nice.

Would you call these.... quirks and features?

Is there any better allegory of our tech obsessed culture than a picture of something you love that you can literally block out with your phone?

The fact that you have posted this multiple times makes me very worried you like it, Shep. Please don’t like this. It is bad and unnecessary and you’re better than this.

I mean, I’m not trying to be a jerk here or anything, but in your example a 100 mile range car would be fine for you. If it’s 75 miles to meet up with your friends, then you get there with charge to spare. You meet up with friends for a concert/movie/dinner and charge while you do it, then you’ve got another 100 miles

I pined after these for a long time. Then I owned a used Mercedes. I will never do that again. Holy hell those things are expensive to keep on the road. Easily double the cost of any other vehicle I’ve had. Might be anecdotal, but if you live in a hot and humid environment, I’d avoid them. The plastics and hoses just

Yeah, call me when they pull that horrid steering system and put in a manual rack. I drove that thing and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t feel a damn thing at any point in the drive. Then I switched it over to sport and had the exact same problem, but now the steering was super heavy. Great Job there, Nissan. You

I’d agree if it we were talking about RX-7s, but an 8? F that. The Renesis engine is garbage and people who love them have Stockholm Syndrome.

Yeah, EV West can supply this stuff, but I want a shop I can bring it to and drive away from with it all done. I’m not an electrician and worry heavily about my ability to not start a fire after my work is done!

Bring. This. Here.

Look, the worst part about the mini is how horrible the reliability is. Replace it with an electric motor that is pretty damn reliable and you’ve got a pretty good offering. If only they could turn up the power a bit more and I’d be damned tempted.

‘Great Deal’ and an $88 price tag. Like... comparatively, I suppose.... but when you can go on eBay and pick these up lightly used for less than half that, I take umbrage to it being on KinjaDeals with that description. Maybe a better headline would be, “If your kid HAS to have a brand new calculator, this deal will
