I just like to separate the art from the artist whenever it’s convenient for me. I’m skipping Hogwart’s because Rowling is a transphobic nightmare, but I’m enjoying Atomic Heart because it’s beautifully crafted and a hell of a lot of fun. Doesn’t hurt that I’m playing it on GamePass and have no idea how their

But I really want to play this game! I’ve been following its development for years. Since it’s coming out on Game Pass that makes it ok right? Right???

I don’t do TikTok for whatever reason, but man do I sink some serious time into watching YouTube shorts. What’s the real difference, besides who owns it, and the fine print of the user agreement? Couldn’t TikTok creators just jump over to YouTube? Don’t most of them post on both anyway??

Yeah I loved that movie, and until things got weird towards the end I thought ‘who cares if he’s adopted?’ But then all the stuff about male offspring came in to play and I was like ‘Whaaa???’

I’ll admit that when I see a trailer with a cast of Oscar winners/nominees, and a director who’s won or at least been nominated, I perk up a little. I’m sure I’m not the only one, and it must help ticket sales when a movie has multiple decorated people involved.

I really enjoyed The Third Day! Although I didn’t recognize Nico at the time. That was such a neat little show!

Loved her in Mandy! And that episode of Black Mirror.

Grandma was going to the hospital in town for treatment. They talked about it.

I thought she looked familiar! Spitting image of her mother! Wow!

That first line under the title made me think Fincher directed the 2010 Nightmare, and I was like ‘huh?!?’

I enjoyed it thoroughly, it drew me right in, even though a lot of the dialogue went right over my head. It’s definitely a high-brow affair.

2.35:1 aspect ratio, I believe??

I played Vampire Survivors for a week or so, but it took me a few days to realize that it was giving me a hangover from all the busy graphics. Fun while it lasted but I don’t miss it, or the headaches.

Elden Ring kinda killed gaming for me. I loved every minute of it, finished it multiple times, but I got to a point where I couldn’t play it anymore, especially since I suck at PvP, yet no game since has come anywhere close to giving me that special feeling of being fully immersed in a world. Feels like now I need

Did troubleshoot’ solves the problem as well...

I only watched The Card Counter because of him, and maybe partly because I’m hopeful that another poker movie will come along that’s as good as as Rounders, but it was not good. Felt cheap, and I couldn’t bring myself to care about what happened to any of the characters.

When musk took over Twitter I deleted my account, which I never used anyway. Couldn’t think of anything useful to say.

Oscar Isaac has been super busy since I first saw him in the Coen Bros’ Inside Llewyn Davis. Annihilation, A Most Violent Year, Ex Machina, Triple Frontier, Dune, Star Wars, X-Men, Moon Knight. They’re not all blockbusters, but the dude hasn’t stopped, what are you talking about??

Vampire Survivors is also on console. I played it for a few hours last night. Stupidest fun I’ve had in a while.

I think anything short of a full apology to the trans community, and a promise to never use them in his comedy again, would’ve received even more backlash than not saying anything at all. I’m sure he weighed his options carefully.
