Exactly! If you just start letting Gale learn scrolls without paying attention to the price per scroll, you’ll be broke in a few clicks. Some are upwards of 1000g+.

Just wanted to clarify, it’s not a base 100g per scroll. It varies based on both the level of the scroll (higher = more expensive) and the Wizard’s school (50% discount to copy to your spellbook if the scroll is from the same school as the Wizard’s subclass.)
