I just got the update and got a “Do not trespass while playing Pokemon Go” prompt. I’m not sure if it’s directed at me because I’m in my house.

Ouch. They only stay around for a maximum of 15 minutes. I’ve found that not only is the three step issue making things difficult, it’s also not clearing out the nearby Pokemon list once they despawn after 15 minutes.

If I see something worth chasing on my nearby list I goto pokevision.com (at least for the time being.)
