I appreciate the sentiment about shutting troubled projects down and trying to fix them but her quote “Now I imagine all these male actors going, ‘Shut it down for six months!’ And it’s like, f—-, no one told me that was an option.” is a little odd. I mean plenty of male actors have been in shitty action movies. 

The stock market doesn’t care about profits, until it does. But that doesn’t even matter anymore because there is not stock to buy anymore. Musk took the company private. Any new investors would need to do some kind of private placement. ANd people with that kind of money do care about profits and returns.

What do you mean “boom again?” It never boomed before. Twitter has never really been profitable.

You may have noticed that the Star Wars universe has pretty advanced technology. With all the credits Andor has, it isn’t hard to believe that the fake ID he  bought included some way to alter fingerprints and DNA signatures (or whatever the Empire’s standard biometric thing is.) I will give Avatar credit for creating the only fully realized truly alien world in film. All the Star Wars alien planets are just different Earth environments (desert planet, ocean planet, beach planet, forest moon, etc.) none of them are really alien. So many sci-fi movies and shows just have regular forests stand…
