You bring up a good point. I have examined my scissors and I don’t get how they can be oriented to one hand? I use them in both hands depending on what I’m cutting (just double checked my kitchen shears).

You know I was sick for like 5 days last week and had some pork chops in the fridge that never got cooked. Had to throw them out. So wasteful. My whole life is a lie!

I don’t know you but I’m super excited for you. I just watched the doc about the ATK people making Fannie Farmer recipes and it looked like so much fun! I started cooking by trying to replicate Little House book recipes. To do that stuff as a job.......dream come true.

And while we are at it, UNR raises, butchers, and sells many meat animals. Does some of the money benefit football? Probably. But I think it’s balanced out by the locally grown/ethically raised/teaching aspects.
