I don’t know you but I’m super excited for you. I just watched the doc about the ATK people making Fannie Farmer recipes and it looked like so much fun! I started cooking by trying to replicate Little House book recipes. To do that stuff as a job.......dream come true.

And while we are at it, UNR raises, butchers, and sells many meat animals. Does some of the money benefit football? Probably. But I think it’s balanced out by the locally grown/ethically raised/teaching aspects.
