I think that Margaret bit Hannah pulled is a testament to the show's great writing. This girl is medicated and terrified that her live-in boyfriend will start to hate her as her true self is revealed. In order to mask that, she rambles off a lie to try to match his "depth of feeling" and share in an intimate moment.

Tied with a bow, Lauren's goodbye to the series and her characters was nothing short of a love letter. I can't help but feel like I'm saying a final goodbye to a great friend.

After seven years of higher education, my search for such a teacher came up empty-handed. I was sad to know that Lauren had concocted him — but happy that we have the same expectations for our educators. I loved AMH in this role.

I really loved the extended play and agree that it felt like it gave all of the characters some room to breathe and inevitably grow. I love me some Fred Wu.

For all of the times I've been on your back? No, I deserve the piggy back ride.

The sketches he was in probably all got the ax. I can't imagine them more terrible than what we saw.

Louis is so pretty, but so weak.

He's good, sure. But it's Taran's season.

I was hoping smoldery-eyed and horribly tattooed would have sounded better. Can't have a full head of wild hair and voice of an angel, I guess.

I got that feel, too. Then again, they might not have found the humor to align with their own boyish Britishness kind of funny.

This show has been one of the only things I have looked forward to every week. I've had a rather bleak year myself… but something about this revitalizes me. It's been so honest. I'm sad to know that it won't be the same next season, but I want you to know that I binged the first two and a half seasons… and then

In the good way. In the way where I have so many feelings about these characters that I have to come here to talk about it.

Sometimes, this show is way too real, Lauren.

But the gunshot!

I'm confused; why is a virginity-taking, used-to-be senior hanging with high schoolers? There could be as many as 3 years between her and everyone else. Assuming Hunter went to college, got friends, and boned guys with chest hair.

I found the phone call/voicemail confusing. I know Val had to communicate she was fired, but was it then not so inappropriate since she was no longer the guidance counselor and their friendship was finally… a friendship?

That's exactly why I thought she was brought on. The way Bailey looked at him when Jenna introduced them? Come on. I just assume any new female character is there to complicate Matty and Jenna's circumstances.

Soccer, y'all!

Yeah, good eye. Did she say a new student? Maybe she and Collin can be new students together and he can finally have a non-Jenna friend.

I just have an intense need to talk about this show. Lauren, the creator, did allude to the final episode of 3 really being *her* true ending to the series… and I wonder if that means Jenna finally having a moment as a person who wants to be on her own.
