I assume that "pirates will likely continue to pirate" is litotes for "pirates will never cease to pirate." Sloppy streaming is the least of HBO's concerns when it only takes ~10 minutes to download an episode in 1080p a few hours after it airs.

That Gus Pfender "Repeat Opfender" CD was the most opfensive thing that's ever been on this show. Plus the Pere Ubu shirt was kind of incongruous—Gus seems more like an Eagles kind of guy.
