I think the Nexus 5 has an excellent display personally. I have an OLED Vita, and in comparison my Nexus looks more defined. Another thing I've noticed is that a solid black screen on my Nexus looks perfectly even, whereas when my OLED Vita screen goes all black, I can see artifacts and lighter/darker blocky areas.
