Actually, Vespas pale in comparison to all the other scooters... mainly Zumas and Chinese-clone scoots (not to mention the enormous number of electric scooters).

ABSOLUTELY! Between all the streets that have been ripped up for construction, cobblestone streets all over Brooklyn/downtown Manhattan, and your everyday potholes bikes like these are MUCH more well suited for NYC vs. sportbikes and cruisers... Not to mention maneuverability around traffic, etc.
