Better developers, honest developers, actually talented developers, play it straight and true and don’t knowingly lie and fail to deliver. And they don’t get a tenth of the media buzz this asshole did.

Didn’t he get sued for stealing the algorithm? There’s nothing really special about procedural generation, including theirs. It’s part of what makes NMS so soulless, even now. They just did it on a nonsensical and wasteful scale just so they could tout something.

Superman games were fairly big in the 80's and 90's, before mainstream games moved to 3D. Understandable, since flying in three dimensions can cause issues for both possible designs and development costs.

How old is it when you get to that phase? Because I’m 40, and I still enjoy playing some video games for the difficulty. Sometimes I don’t just want to finish the game for the sake of seeing a game over screen, sometimes I actually want to play a game because I find the gameplay enthralling.

Just absolutely no. I was all in on the Steam controller and Steam Link and wanted a Steam Box, but Valve burned consumers hard. This company has no follow through the instant Gabe Newell loses attention.

I’m excited for Godzilla Vs. Kong but we all know how it will end. Kong will be near death, with Godzilla about to deliver the coup de grace, but then Kong will say “Mothra...” and ‘Zilla will be like “WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME?!” and then they’ll be friends.
