Pretty sure the article said he’s from/in Texas. So he’s got plenty of safe space there.

No. No. She should have worn protection. and just not gotten preggers. Duuuuh.

Nor a suitable way to get revenge on an ex who didn’t stay in her place.

True.  It’s pretty much his only possible grievance, as thin as it is.

Hell, if he wants to be a father so badly (and, let’s remember, he already is one twice over, so his fatherhood has not been stolen from him) he can always adopt, even if he can’t find a woman willing to be impregnated by him.  There is absolutely nothing stopping him from raising a child even if this woman doesn’t

everyone knows daughters don’t count. a man isn’t really a father until he has a son. source: currently pregnant and fielding people’s shitty comments about how if it’s a girl I’ll have to have another to give my husband a son.

When these issues come up, my overwhelming feeling is that men HAD a chance to create a world that supports woman, children, the responsibilities of parenthood, and have input.

One cannot but wonder exactly how involved this “man” intends to be in the lives of the children he already has....

This tactic isn’t any more likely to win the case, though. Unless he’s claiming that he’s no longer able to father children at all anymore, nothing was stolen from him. He can still be a father. He’s also already a father. He already has two daughters with this woman. So again, nothing was ‘stolen’ from him.

In Texas a divorce cannot be finalized while a partner is pregnant. It’s supposedly because custody and child support can’t be established until the baby is born, but it’s also a loophole to keep women enmeshed with abusive partners. Sounds like his ex-wife was aware of this, or was aware that Silva would force her to

Pretty sure there are some interesting things in daddy’s background.  His wife filed for divorce before the pregnancy and expressed a fear that he would use her pregnancy to force her to stay in the marriage.

Ejaculating into someone doesn’t give you the right to fatherhood. Maybe if men had to go through nine months of hell to bring the child into the world if they so chose there would also be a new precedent for abortions- namely they would be virtually free of charge to all.

I bet a thousand dollars that this same fucker is fighting in court to not pay a decent ammount of alimony to the 2 kids he already have...

Dang, y’all, this man has been robbed of the opportunity to demean another piece of property.

In a safe space where he wouldn't be condemned for saying so, this guy would probably rail against Lincoln for robbing his ancestors of their slaves.

He should’ve considered the woman’s pro-choice views before inserting his penis into her vagina.

Men who are interested in fatherhood can make babies with women who want to raise said babies with them.”

And when a Casino cuts the same men off from betting more after they’ve been winning all night, that Casino robbed those men of being rich.

I don’t often come in here to comment (I haven’t commented in Kinja since Gawker was canceled by noted snowflake Peter Thiel), but I have to say something in this case:
