Cats releasing is obviously a point toward a 2nd round of Smash DLC.

The Wither 1 & 2 existed w/o console support, so no. The Witcher 2 even looked BETTER than 3 on PC, why? Because consoles didn't downgrade the life out of it. How would you feel if games looked AWESOME but then got downgraded because they have to come out with it on PS3 along with the PS4? Consoles are a joke.
