i remember, as a kid, specifically waiting to be left home alone unsupervised so i could go poking around my parents’ room and see what they were hiding. sometimes i had friends over, and boy did we learn a lot.

I dont have an HOA. All of these perfectly manicured lawns that get watered every other day and mowed and edged every week are by my neighbors’ own volition. People are really really into lawns.
