I decided to not hire a guy this week because he’s not vaccinated.

Has anyone seen whether 16 year olds can get boosters? My son is probably in more high risk scenarios going to school every day than either me or my wife are mostly working from home, but everything I’ve seen just mentions 18+.

This sounds like solid advice if you want people to think you’re an asshole, which clearly you don’t seem to be concerned with.

Tired: only mention hooks and pegboard

There are TONS of new inventions and gadgets for garage storage that would have been cool to have been compiled...  Nope.  Hooks I had in my parents garage and pegboard thats been around since the dawn of Garage-Time.

I really can’t believe how much sites like this promote CBD. I understand that all sorts of regularity issues prevent proper studies, but until we have them, there just isn’t good, non-anecdotal evidence that CBD does anything. As of today it truly is the snake oil of the 2020s.

I’ve been keeping fish for over 40 years, and aquatic plants for over 20 years, and I still overfeed my fish. It’s really easy to do. Everyone likes watching the flurry of activity when you feed.

A couple of months ago I saw this little(ish) bird, and initially I thought it was a fledgling robin. But when I got closer, I could see it was clearly some kind of raptor. It’s a young kestrel, North America’s smallest falcon. I didn’t even know we had falcons in this area, but it was neat to see this one.

In the US, for all the fucked up reasons you’re certainly already aware of, the tip is part of the cost of the product. If you can’t afford the tip, you can’t afford the product.
