My guess:
That’s the cover for the lift-fan, so: If it were to open the other direction, that could disrupt the air flowing into the duct during forward flight.
I’m happy with all other problems, as long as it means pre-released games can be returned when they’re deployed buggy.
The industry would change over night. (I’d hope)
Sim City, GTA, Battlefield, and Diablo come to mind.
I was looking to get the tone/topic before I dove into a 10-page article. Your post helped me do that. Don’t get drug into a troll-war. Keep on keeping on.

I love that they couldn't sink it.
Not a fan of the LFA... but damnit if this isn't cool:
"Too exact if you ask me. Tear it down and try again. But this time don't embarrass yourselves."
I think Option 2 would be a pretty solid gimmick for toy creation too.

ahh, ok, so that took me a while to decipher. (I went all over the board with that one). It looks like that total cost is in thousands
How did you get that number?
I see somewhere between $766 and $1289 per case of 100. So best case:
$7.66/round * 3900(fixed) rpm = $29,874 per minute
