It doesn’t really matter. Pretty much anything is mansplaining these days. I learned this last week when I was accused of mansplaining something to a man.

Last week, I was accused of mansplaining something... to another man. This term, which was already pretty stupid, has reached peak worthlessness. Apparently it now just means “explaining something to someone regardless of tone or gender, also not considering whether the explainer is actually correct.”
