I don’t disagree, but I think it’s charmingly naive of you to think that he’d be forced to resign just because he’s caught on tape using a racial slur. I don’t think that would change a thing for his supporters.

Nice article! That took some nerve to approach him, and it’s a rare piece that allows you to sympathize/understand him, at least a little bit.
I’m gonna start my own team and give him a job so I don’t have to see his goddam face on here every day. It’s such a stupid hangdog face.
Josh Donaldson dove face-first into the stands. Jeter caught the ball on the field, just couldn’t stop in time.
That would imply that Rose McGowan was making an intelligent, nuanced barb, instead of just screaming in all caps. I think the latter is far more likely.
Nice work getting the point, and also not getting bent out of shape about it. I mean, if you had said something really arrogant like “OK listen here” and, I don’t know, written in all caps, you’d come across as a humorless jerk. Good thing that didn’t happen or it’d be kind of embarrassing.
Vintage doesn’t necessarily mean old. In some ways, it just means “of a year,” more or less.

It doesn’t really matter. Pretty much anything is mansplaining these days. I learned this last week when I was accused of mansplaining something to a man.
I wish I hadn’t read Facebook post. The whole thing about “instafacegramming” or whatever is - ironically - so goddam elitist, it just makes me annoyed at the guy.
“This person who barely escaped death and vainly fought against time to save his dying soulmate, is not as smart as me at my keyboard (even though I use words without understanding what they mean). Panic and desperation are not real things and the fact that he committed suicide soon after says nothing about his mental…
Last week, I was accused of mansplaining something... to another man. This term, which was already pretty stupid, has reached peak worthlessness. Apparently it now just means “explaining something to someone regardless of tone or gender, also not considering whether the explainer is actually correct.”
Not really, more:
“Once in a lifetime chance”?
I know it’s not their fault that people are stupid, but it’d be a nice gesture for Gilligan, Cranston and AMC to pay for the fence.
I’d like to hear Hope Solo’s take on this. Probably really angry, stupid, and possibly racist. Has she said anything?
Hmmm... no, I don’t think I will. I mean, aside from the fact that this conversation is over a month old and I was done talking, I have made a 100% valid point, and all you have is that stupid, petulant response that doesn’t make any intelligent counterpoint at all. You really should take your own obnoxious advice.
Ah, okay thanks. That’s not so bad, sorta self-effacing and I actually like having a justification for a gimmick episode.
