This should be a mistrial. Plaintiff intentionally withheld evidence that shows her account is dishonest. She claimed she didn’t go for sex and that her friend left the party/made her leave because she was concerned about her safety. Yet

I don’t think Rose made those implications at all. It’s very short sighted and illogical to equate him saying he was intimately familiar with her and thought, through the events of the night, that she was a consensual party with him believing he can just “take the pussy” whenever he wants it

From your tweets Diana, it seems pretty obvious the judge isn’t impartial in this matter. I can’t imagine why a judge would warn an accuser that their testimony isn’t consistent and then allow said inconsistencies to be struck off the record.
