While its definitely in vogue to hate on corporations, Red Bull seems like a company that far outwieghs its bad with good. Sure, they have some quesitonableness about them (Mateschitz is iffy, but generally stays out of things), they have provided a huge vehicle for artists and athletes.

Red Bull is literally the perfect example of how to take calculated risks with excellent timing. The explosion of the 90's extreme sports bonanza had started to get rolling, then Red Bull wisely pumped money into lesser known sports and drawing tons of additional money, interest and participants to them. It paid off
