I’ve had devices that would give me all those things:

Variable temp electric kettle, hot and ‘ambient’ (warm) water: $40 (I’ve had it since 2004, still going strong

Filtered water: Brita tank filter, 27 cup capacity: $38. Filters cost $2/month

Seltzer bottle: $33. Cartridges cost about $.50 each or less.

How long would it

Removing the color is not the same as shooting on B&W film. B&W film has a richness to it that decolorization cannot capture. Just as colorizing a B&W film does not achieve the richness of Technicolor.

Fun fact: the lyrics to the theme song are the creator’s wife and daughter’s names spelled backwards (Susan Appling and Kate Johnson)

Your blinks are 30 seconds long? You need to go see a doctor!

I had a roommate who’s favorite movie was American Graffiti, she’d seen it 12 times (which in the days before home video took a good deal of effort).

I took her to see Star Wars and when Han Solo walked on screen she elbowed me and breathed, ‘Who’s THAT?”

‘He was in American Graffiti,’ I said. She insisted he wasn’t.

Counterpoint: Smoked gouda is the best cheese to put on ground meat. I even use it for my egg mcmuffins.

Melts real nice, too.

Would 40 books released every day be a problem?

Yes, it would, because that wouldn’t be enough!

What’s your problem? Do you think you should be able to play every game ever made? Choice is good. It’s good to have choices.

My Time at Sandrock came out on November 2nd and I’ve already completed 3 playthroughs for a total of 495 hours.

I will undoubtedly play it several more times before the next My Time game comes out.

Totally bouncing in my chair and clapping my hands over the new Detective Grimoire game. I have the first two and love them uninhibitedly!

Only available as part of the $180 Showa set.

Thanks, but I don’t want to see it that badly.

Thanks, but I’m not seeing it there, either.

I know that, as I kid, I saw ‘King Kong vs. Godzilla’ on TV, but I can’t find it anywhere now. It’s as though it’s been erased from cinematic history.

I know! I’m sitting here thinking, ‘There are a LOT of good schools out there if you want to LEARN.’

I don’t do multiplayer, so I couldn’t say.

I’m sure you can find opinions online :)

(I’m doing a second playthrough now, that’s how much I loved it)

I bought it when it hit Early Access, but I’m holding off on playing the ‘full’ version because the general consensus is that it’s too unfinished.

Fortunately, My Time at Sandrock dropped earlier this month and it is *amazing*. I’m happy to wait for Coral Island to fix itself.

That’s a good point! Obviously I was making an assumption not necessarily factual. Thanks for the correction!

Obviously Laika has a clay source. Could Aardman use that?

I just lost two weeks of my life to ‘My Time at Sandrock’ and I regret nothing!

If you loved ‘My Time at Portia’, you will love Sandrock. If you you haven’t played ‘My Time at Portia’, go do that.

When I was in NZ, McD’s had a lamb burger I ate WAY too many of.

Man, the food was so good in NZ.

Worse was how he asserted Godzilla was DEFINITELY male after she’d laid eggs!

Stupid, stupid, stupid.
