I am legit still wearing my classic yoga PANTS from seven years ago because I can’t find any that are the same classic style (and that are also long enough for my inspector gadget legs). Like I’m wearing them right now.
This is straight up blasphemy and I don’t know why you would say something so hurtful.
I mean one of the most entertaining parts was Tara trying to dance all fierce and then ROCKING some poor woman right in the head.* I’d hate to miss similar good times in the future.
PREACH IT. Wear whatever the fuck you want.
Didn’t say it’s less gross because it’s a woman saying it, I said it’s not on the same level as what men do to women. It’s completely fair to criticize the nature of her comments, but it is possible to do that without drawing some straw man parallel to the systematic objectification and control of women’s bodies by…
Like I said, feel free to think it’s gross and wrong. Still doesn’t mean it’s anywhere near the same thing men do to women.
Yeah, show me the systematic history of men’s oppression (by women) via the objectification and control of men’s bodies (by women) and then we can start to compare Leslie Jones calling an athlete sexy to what men do to women.
Omg Leslie Jones is so the person to turn the glorious duo of Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski into the trifecta of joy we never knew we needed!
My first comment to you responded to your post while also sharing my own independent opinion (that he is lying). You then said you weren’t trying to make a comment on whether or not he’s lying. So I responded to clarify that I wasn’t trying to put words in your mouth - that my original comment meant to 1) agree with…
Yes, I should’ve said that I agree with your interpretation of what he’s saying happened. Like that he’s basically saying no one spoke to him, which wouldn’t be a proper investigation. I’m saying that while that may be he’s trying to say, that fool is lying.
There is no chance, like no way in hell, that the investigation didn’t include speaking with him, his accusers, as well as any potential witnesses or other involved parties.
Yes, my second comment reflects that I see it’s likely he didn’t mean the accuser should’ve gone to him directly. I still think that part of the statement is shade regarding the time it took for the victims to come forward.
To the commenters saying this is simply about him not being told what’s going on, his statement says:
“In our four-year history of working together on this incredible show, these accusations have NEVER been revealed or discussed directly with me or anyone at Amazon. Therefore, I can only surmise that the investigation against me was deeply flawed and biased toward the toxic politicized atmosphere that afflicted our…
Yeah, they’re basically like high-quality legging thickness with a little more stretch. I remember the relief at discovering this as a young fledgling figure skater because I didn’t understand how their legs always looked so flawless on TV. Turns out it’s just really thick flesh-colored tights! ;)
I heard the airline staff and an FAA official marched her into the bathroom stall and yelled profanities at her until she finally threw the hamster into the toilet, under threat of being held under the Patriot Act.
But it wouldn’t just be decreased inhibition and increased suggestibility. It would have to also be a severe disregard for animal life, vastly decreased problem solving skills, and an inability to make competent decisions while caring for a pet.
