She buys me a Porsche after I express interest in getting one but know I can’t (she does put the title in her name). She buys me a membership to the exclusive Sherwood for somewhere around $200,000 so I can play golf.

It’s all so sad isn’t it. The rest of us spend our lives wishing we could be rich, but look at the lives of the rich. They still don’t have enough money.
Eh, I’m not mad at the Kardashians for being upset at Caitlyn here. Long before Caitlyn and Kris broke up, there were numerous things on for years about how Caitlyn (then Bruce) basically spent herself into near bankruptcy on stupid stuff. Even Caitlyn talked about this openly—- specifically how Kris basically saved…
Ummm... regardless of your opinion on this, I’m not sure any solution that ends in “burning art” is a great one.
I simply cannot understand these idiots - it’s hardly manly to whine about every little thing.
Our local mall is going into a transformation to an outdoor shopping “experience” called a “town center”. Two of the three anchor stores remain (Penny’s up sticks and left) but they are ghost towns. They are trying to recreate the same thing that is frankly a success in the county to my west.
“It would have been nice to say, hey, Bernard did this, you should check him out.”
SHE’S NOT THERE TO MAKE FRIENDS!
There’s certainly nothing wrong with disagreeing with a piece of art, and I definitely see their point. But removing art because some people disagree with it is... worrisome to me.
Co-opting? Marginalizing? Hate crime?
She’s so right: more diverse storytellers weaving their tales leads to more diverse stories and more diverse characters. It’s a richer, more authentic fabric.
One thing that continually bugs is the way press will ask Ava duvernay or Ryan Coogler or other black and female directors about diversity in hiring and casting. Why are you asking the people who are doing the work? Why not ask Wes Anderson, sofia coppola, the cohen brothers, and so many others about why they can’t…
I lost my dad around the same time Di died, and I was Harry’s age. I have always, always felt a strange kinship to both Princes because of this. And seeing them happy now (and championing mental health) is really nice.
Ryan Seacrest is upset that Katy Perry is being offered way (waaaay) more to do American Idol than he is. [Page Six]
Men sure are emotional and irrational lately. I think we need to stop letting them make statements, run things, and read the news until we can get a handle on what’s happening.
Jeff Koons doesn’t care if you know it or not.
Why were you playing along with that? It wasn’t funny.’ And I said, ‘Mary, I’m sorry and there is no good answer for that.’”
Ugh this feud is so boring and stupid I am not rooting for either of them. However, I will say that this “reason” from Katy Perry isn’t the exoneration she seems to think it is. Encouraging your dancers to take another job but telling them how to do it so they can quit halfway through and join hers is still shitty,…
she and Meg eventually purchase a sailboat and make their way by sea to Canada.
