I am impressed, this is a good overview of the small claims process. I am so accustomed to seeing half-baked articles about legal concepts that I nearly ignored this article. Well done.
Common Sense with Dan Carlin
Someone mentioned Dan's other show, but I think this one deserves a nomination as well. I don't generally like to get into politics around here, and I can't stand most political pundits, but this guy is great. I don't always agree with him, but his stuff is smart, independent of the usual…

I do love some of these hacks, and certainly love a good, "gourmet" iced coffee as much as the next person, but honestly—I've had good success using a much more basic process: Brew a slightly stronger amount of ground coffee (you can also use a slightly stronger blend, like Starbuck's "Morning Joe" or "Dunkin' Dark")…

I absolutely agree. There's a difference between "intuitive" (you can figure it out without instructions) and just "clever" (you need to be taught it, then you love it).
Could they at least have a shorter domain name, and super-simple page, with almost nothing but the download link?
...and we never heard from him again. The movie "Backdraft" has just come to mind for some reason. :-)
