The most underserved consumer is one who wants convenient access and is willing to pay for it. To watch the movies/sports/shows I like I subscribe to Directv, Hulu Plus, Netflix, and HBO at various times of the year and then I still have to purchase content a-la-carte from Directv Cinema and iTunes.

IMHO, after spending time in Chinese factories nearby Foxconn, we're pretty quick to judge the "harsh" working conditions. Rural teenagers flock to the cities to grab these factory jobs because it's an exciting life where they can make some money. Chinese manufacturing is far from indentured servitude.

It's amazing how much money can be saved simply by making firm requests from service companies. Got new service activated and no one told you about startup fees? One-time fees are the easiest to get waived.
