That's brutal, my partner has 7 nieces and nephews all under 3 and his brothers ask him to babysit quite frequently. I'm glad I'm not a blood relative in this case :)

Wait, so he has been dead since 2006 and police have attempted to arrest him FOUR times, 8 years later, in 2014? But keep on truckin', NYPD. Keep on truckin'.
I generally did not enjoy being a baby-sitter growing up, so if males are get their day in the sun as baby-sitters, I am all for it!
I agree to a certain extent and she definitely does have the resources that many other people do not. But even if she is safer in some ways, I don't think physical safety/police presence can totally help with being emotionally and psychologically afraid
I think paparazzi could be terrifying for anyone of any age but I can't imagine dealing with them as a teen. Kudos to Lorde. Love her line "i understand that this comes with the territory. i do not understand why I should be complacent."— as no one should have to give up safety because they are an icon.
I'm sorry you took it that way. I hope your day gets better! internet hugs
He does look genuinely kind and like someone I'd want to spend time with in his photo!
I just had (alcoholic) ginger beer for the first time and I loved it! Adding it to my rotation: Cider when I want something drinkable and sweet-ish, ginger beer for when you want a zing, and beer-beer when you are lingering. Because I personally cannot down a beer like I can a cider.
If only this people were so thoughtful of language use in real-time conversations as they are on the web, amirite?!
Congrats on taking semantics to a whole new level and putting my comment in your very own context! May you pat yourself on the back and sleep well tonight. Uh, I think you knew what I meant.
that makes a lot of sense and I would agree with that.
yeah me too! I didn't bristle at his use of irrelevant, but more so the idea of someone's sexuality being "harmful"
totally agree! I was more focused on the language of "harm"
At first I was disappointed that he said someone's sexual preference is irrelevant if no harm is done, but he redeemed himself a bit there when he pointed out that this so-called "harm" usually happens to members of the LGBT community, not hetero individuals.
That's so cute. How long after this did you guys start dating? Sounds like he made up for his faux pas!
The trend of promposals has got to be influenced HEAVILY by the trend of complex, intense actual engagement proposals. This is definitely not an issue reserved to just teens. Regardless of who is doing the asking, any sort of elaborate proposal risks putting the proposee in a very uncomfortable and potentially unfair…
I want a baby. But I also hate babies. But I want a baby!
totally, if I'm at Target and need cat food I'll grab a can of Friskies and she eats it right up.
I've gotten some good deals by buying groupons for online pet stores where you can buy food in bulk. I got 30 cans of cat food for like $20 which is (sadly) a good deal for the grain-free stuff.
I've heard a lot of different things from different people. My cat was pretty young when I rescued her and she was fed grain-free stuff at the shelter too. In the two years I've had her she hasn't had any health issues (except when she jumped on a hot burner, ahem) and her fur is INCREDIBLY soft. I feed my cat dry…
