Take off that skin, dredge it in some flour and fry it in oil.  Or skip the flour and broil it on some parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

What about using a half chicken instead of a cornish game hen?  I wonder if using a part of leftover rotisserie chicken would work?

I love these pens as well, except I prefer the regular point to the needle one. I fell in love with it when I was geocaching. Often Microcaches require very fine print, and these gel pens don’t freeze up in cold weather.
