Eh, the show’s okay. It’s got some charm.

Yeah, I mean, to be clear here I don’t hate James Cameron. I don’t hate Avatar. In fact, I enjoy a lot of what Cameron has made and I thought Avatar was a perfectly enjoyable sci-fi action flick.

Shit, I’ll do my part to help them beat Avatar.

While I can appreciate and respect Hollow Knight, it’s something I can only play in small doses. The game just didn’t get its hooks into me the way it has for many others.

I put the game down right around the time the Engineers stuff launched. Played a ton of it, was very impressed with how the game seems designed with VR in mind, but I had my fill. The rough edges and lack of meaningful narrative had me feeling like it was time to move on.

Whoa whoa whoa, let’s quantify that.

Sounds like there are some good recommendations in the replies to my comment

How comfortably do they sit while wearing glasses?

My love of the Robotech Macross saga as a kid made me want to love Southern Cross and “third one” (Mospeada, but I can’t even remember what it was called in the Robotech universe now).

Man, I’d love a Star Wars show that had the tone/focus of something like Robotech (Macross saga).

I didn’t see the original Blade Runner until 2049 was already out on video. It was one of my geek sins, to get this far in life without ever having watched it.

Blade Runner 2049 > Blade Runner

Let me know when they hit up Macross.  I’ll be on those Skull One sneaks in a heartbeat.

Damn, so reading through that, sounds like I really need to finish season 2.

Oof, yeah, I definitely like the lighter/more upbeat takes on the Titans.

Did Titans actually come out good or is it the hot garbage everyone thought it was with those cringey af promos from before it launched?

I love the first two iterations of the Tick immensely, but I just couldn’t get through the first half season of this one. Something just felt considerably “off” in this one. I loved Peter Serafinowicz as the Tick, but everything around him............meh.

Shit, I’m just glad to see so much emphasis on co-op this year. Seems like for a while there developers couldn’t be bothered to even muster up a single player campaign, let alone a co-op one. This is a welcome change in that regard.

One of the hardest parts about Darwinism is that it can be slow and entangle innocent bystanders before reaching it’s micro-scale conclusion.

Your ridiculous comment reminds me of a classic sales joke. While not directly applicable, it’s equally disengaged from the reality of the situation.
