Public Service Announcement:

You can recruit all 108 stars of destiny and beat Suikoden 1 in less than 30 hours on your first try. (Probably closer to 25 hours) You'll appreciate the second one a lot more if you play the first one, but if you know that you'll only be able to play one of them, then pick Suikoden II.

Are you kidding me? Why haven't I tried this? I went into full-nostalgia mode over the summer and beat Breath of Fire 4, Suikoden, Wild Arms, & Xenogears. I used the d-pad on every one, I think. Thanks for the tip.

Bowser allowed Mario to join the Koopa Troop in Mario RPG, so he's cool in my book.

As a Hawks fan, the only thing that could piss me off more than Josh launching 5 threes a game, was his knack for stepping just over the 3 point line 12 times a game to launch up the longest possible shot for 2 points. He can jump through the roof, great at rebounding, blocking shots, stealing the ball in the paint,

I definitely don't miss the extra "character" when I have to move a television across the house these days, but I agree with you. We had a 950 lb. ~28 inch television that was in a majestic, hand-carved wooden box (I can't remember if it was really hand-carved but that's how I want to remember it). You could have

Mandolines are the most god-forsaken piece of cooking equipment known to man. I bought a kevlar glove to use back in my restaurant days and it is the only reason I have all of my fingers today.

The problem I see with this, is that this is the tip of the iceberg. This is them testing the waters. They will slowly make the microtransactions more necessary to proceed until we're so use to it that we don't think twice about dropping $2~$5 here and there. If they're going to continue releasing a game or two

In my head, he's letting out a big Frank Reynolds, "GOD DAMMIT!", every time the bag swings back and hits him.

The SimCity launch was a big turning point for me in regards to how I view developers and publishers. That game never should have been released in the state it was in and I haven't pre-ordered anything since and probably won't ever again. In short, everyone associated with the new SimCity should be ashamed of

My theory is that a couple Japanese companies (looking at you Square-Enix and Capcom) started making shoddy JRPG's, interest waned due to bad products, and the entire Japanese gaming industry took that as dying interest in the genre. I still want to slap whoever's responsible for Breath of Fire:Dragon Quarter. They

Dear Konami,

Can you ever remember an instance where a company seemed reluctant on getting you a review copy or putting an embargo in place and the game reviewing better than expected? It just seems like a red flag to me and I can't think of one instance where a reviewer noted difficulty in reviewing a game and the game reviewing

I fully expected the Falcons logo to be a crow from Dumbo.

It's was a shame too, because that rug really tied the room together.

Does anybody have any new info on this? It still says estimated ship date of 7/15. I haven't heard anything at all besides Jason's couple of articles.

If the number was higher than expected, they would be falling over themselves to spit it out. This tells me they haven't met their first year sales goal.

Same here. Started around August for me.

I've been having this problem for the last couple months. If I put my console in stand-by, it prompts me that it wasn't shut down correctly and scolds me. I've even had the sound go out when waking it from stand-by, but the sound came back as soon as I completely shut it down and turned it back on.

I've never read anything you've written and had that thought in my mind. Keep up the good work. This was an extremely underrated game when it came out in 2012 and deserves to be played. You guys and gals wouldn't be doing your jobs if you weren't trying to get people to play the games you like. Hell, I imagine
