Have to say, this is a terrible way to use your dock on a mac. Less is generally better. is key for navigation and if you want it to be fancy then install something like Alfred to expand it.

Free to play means you have full access to the game. Paid players may get perks but the game does not limit you because you do not pay. Eve is clearly locking content.
