Yep. They somehow got Don Hertzfeld to do a Simpsons opening. And in typical Hertzfeld fashion, the results, were, um....interesting.

Eh, I’m not a big fan of this. As many have already said, making Cammy look more “Japanese” feels like a completely wrong move for what is supposed to be a British character. Plus, they got rid of two of the most iconic things about her look— her pigtails and her beret. Although I guess I don`t mind the goggles so…

While I’ve never been a big fan of the Enterprise intro, I love how, for the episode “A Mirror Darkly,” they changed the history montage to focus on the history of warfare, in keeping with the theme of the Mirror Universe:
