I just wanted to share this: right now, on Star Trek Online, every single player is flocking to Vulcan to pay their respects. On every single instance, you have a ring of people surrounding the main shrine in their best attire, sharing their favourite Spock moments and lamenting Nimoy's loss.

In terms of storytelling, it does do something not many other games have done. It kept everything focused on continuous gameplay, WITHOUT any cutscenes. I found that pretty interesting, personally.
I'm speechless. I loved Monty Oum's work, and to hear that he has suddenly died like this is both shocking and saddening.
