You had me at Laura Vandervoort.

Oh I haven't, just an error in my phrasing. Saying I like the movie would be more accurate.

Eh, to each his own. I like Hartnett and I liked that movie.

Never seen Lucky Number Slevin?

I kept promising my girlfriend that she would love Rory in time, she didn't believe me at first. But now, she knows the awesomeness of Mr. Williams.

Yep, this pretty much nailed it.

I pointed that out and my comment is gone now. Article still wrong. /shrug

*Former capital city.

Kelly LeBrock would technically be the product of Weird Science. Well, that and the ICBM.

We need an explanation of why it doesn't happen more often.

Wow, completely different from how she looks in Lost Girl. I can dig it.

She should have been Storm, would have been perfect for the role IMO.

Indeed they are! And I love that the "newer" networks are pushing the established networks to up their game. Granted they have a long way to go but shows like PoI are a great start.

Fox doesn't start their new shows until November because they broadcast the baseball playoffs in October. They have to keep their schedule open and flexible to accommodate that.

Sure there is. We never used to have networks like FX and AMC putting out good shows, even HBO is a relative newcomer. We have more shows to watch AND better shows to watch which is why this is a golden age for TV.

Wasn't this just posted on io9 last week?

Ever go to Karazhan? That was Medivh's tower. He's the guy you play chess against (well, his ghost anyway).

Supernatural type show in Chicago? Harry Dresden anyone?

But then he decided to model it after the Destroyer, the Norse god’s magical enforcer who has nearly killed Thor on several occasions. That would be like if Batman made “Superman-buster” armor, painted it purple and green and then stuck a big decal of Lex Luthor’s head on the front. Not cool.

Damn it, I knew I should have looked that up before I said CBS aired Star Trek, serves me right for rushing to finish typing before a meeting.
