Honestly, I think it's because we have atrociously slow internet. On a good day (and I mean GOOD), I've been able to get 2Mb downstream.

While I agree that it makes my shitty work computer load pages more slowly, it's better than not having the GIFs since I cannot watch videos. Seriously. I have no idea what it is, but even when on one of the lowest settings, videos will play for 3 seconds and then ERROR.
I'm sure there are actual people like this, but yes: thank god Francis is just an act. :)
Anyone know of similar program that works only on specific languages? Having to read Chinese in gmail and on many pages is pretty terrible. I often times either copy and paste it into Text Edit or I enlarge the entire page, making for some funky layouts.
It happens to me on a daily basis and I have good eyesight. For my job, I communicate in Chinese and read Chinese articles, etc. The fonts are almost always entirely too small. It's rather infuriating. Some Chinese websites allow you to enlarge the font, but others don't, so I either have to copy and paste into Text…
I can't stand "Francis", but mostly because the constant yelling is just so grating. The guy behind him, though, definitely seems like a nice, interesting dude, though.
I would like to think that most people who write these responses (I've probably done it for others), are actually decent people. It's just the internet-effect, making otherwise polite, decent folk into raging idiots. We've all been there. I think the only thing that would stop this is if every site on the internet…
I really think that whenever a Francis video is linked to, you should also link to this one:
Where are you from? Have you ever even been to NJ?
I guess I agree that the art style suffers with the 3DS (even though there are some great looking games on there), but the Vita? No way. It's a great screen with great power. If you don't believe me, watch the title screen for Persona 4 Golden; it's mesmerizing.
Oh, I completely agree. However, I feel that the government has already been involved which has allowed for the current system to develop as it has.
I think cable companies are slightly different with their quasi-monopolies. At least with cell phone companies there always several competing options.
Yeah, it was all unexpected. I was actually somewhat panicky because Amazon was showing it at $300 or something for the longest time, so I placed an order on GameStop, but kept checking Amazon only because no tax and free shipping. I'm so glad I did. :)
That was the best gaming purchase I think I've ever made. Amazon also included 3 months of PS+ and a download code for PS All-Stars Battle Royale.
Wow, that's pretty fascinating. If that's all that separates the two models, you have to wonder how cheap it is to make these things.
Oh my god. I can't stop laughing. I have a bunch of friends in Taiwan who posted this story. I honestly just skimmed the article and assumed the dude was admiring a puppet from 霹靂/Pili.
Vinaigrettes are always 3:1, oil to vinegar. Simple and easy—no matter what kind of vinaigrette you plan to make, this simple ratio should help you make it—and the best part is that once you start making your own, you'll never buy pre-bottled salad dressing again. Mix up some balsamic with a nice olive oil and you're…
Nothing quite sells a product like the model contemplating murder.
I like dubs because it means I can look away from the TV and still know what's going on.... usually.
Haha. That's it? Jeez louise. :)
