Oh my god. "biblical fanfiction"! Yes!!! That is such a great explanation for much of the bible.

When I lived in Taiwan in 2004-2006, they introduced Cherry Pepsi. I don't think it really caught on even though Jay Chou and Wang Leehom were involved in the huge campaign AND "cherry" was written in Japanese characters to make it seem extra cool or whatever.
Growing up, my family was a Coke family (although I always preferred Sprite). I can definitely taste the difference between Coke and Pepsi because Pepsi is much sweeter and Coke tastes more acidic. I stopped drinking soda for a few years and when I started back again, I could still taste the difference.
Well, they sound the same if you ignore the difference in tone between 白 and 百 :)
That pirate dude is pretty hot.
Have you read the book? I haven't seen the movie, but the book is just stunning.
Hey, I just posted, but in case you don't see it and in case you haven't read this article, I think you might enjoy this: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/dec/08/psy-lyrics-anti-us-anger
For people who don't understand why anyone could possibly dislike the U.S. so much so that they sing about it and smash a model of an American tank, I really think you should read this article by Glenn Greenwald: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2012/dec/08/psy-lyrics-anti-us-anger
This makes me wonder how much correspondence there is between the sites. Unless I'm mistaken, they all mostly began as their own blogs and were then subsumed by Gawker Media. In any event, since they all have their own editorial staff, etc., it would be interesting to know whether there is any communication between…
Yes! Thank you! Oh great, now I really can't wait to see it.
I've been to the movies at most 3 times this year.
I think I only played GameCube a few times, so I don't remember the controller, but I definitely love the PS3's controller. I always thought the 360 controller was a bit clunky feeling.
Oh, I really enjoy the first one in the series, but that's because I haven't played the others to compare it. I'm really looking forward to finishing it and moving on in the series, though.
Ahh, thanks for the AC:L tip! I had no idea about the glitch. I just started playing it last night but felt a bit weird about it since I kind of want to finish the rest of the series first.
How so? Unless I'm mistaken, there's only one news source for DPRK, while there are multiple for just the U.S. alone. I think most people I know are always somewhat skeptical whenever any news agency, "official" or not, makes a pronouncement, especially if it involves mythical creatures being treated as fact.
I know! And the night before I was even like, "You know what, I'm not going to buy it. I don't have the time for another system right now. This is silly." Thank god I didn't follow through.
The funny thing about the purchase was that I had originally intended to buy it on Amazon, but the price was still $249.99, so I purchased it on GameStop for $199.99 ($220.00 with tax and shipping).
Yeah, the memory thing is a total bummer. I'm contemplating a 32GB card, but we'll see.
Wait, we might be the same person, except my memory of all this stuff is terrible. From 6th grade until senior year, I read the trilogy every summer. I tried the Silmarillion when I was in middle school, but it was a bit too heavy for me. Couldn't ever really get back into it.
Did you major in Tolkien Studies? :)
