But it kinda is.
That place was the best!
If the United States was a shopping mall, the parking lot would always look empty.
EDIT: Bourdain tossing Zamboni aside was pretty rank. But that was his call. I meant to say that skipping that incident throws the doc into an awkward hole.
I can’t imagine that they could have made this doc without a ton of Zamboni’s footage.
I must respectively take exception to your claim. I think “In The Loop” is fantastic. It is disconcerting when others opinions differ from my own but I am consoled by knowing I am correct.
Sorry, but this is much worse than any Kanye shenanigans. Especially in light of Bourdain’s distaste for certain elements of his fame. The fact that this doc is from CNN adds another level of disbelief. Almost as disturbing is the fact that Bourdain jettisoned a decades-long working partnership with Zach Zamboni after…
Anything that sounds like gaslighting isn’t gaslighting because gaslighting isn’t a thing.

Ya might want to read the article before posting.

“...the listless, hollow, and socially isolated twenty-something creative type. Nick is a 20-something cartoonist who feels isolated from others. But by deepening moments of small talk with others, he experiences their depths.”
I tried. Followed he recipe to the letter but it never got thick. Even threw an extra egg in and it was still basically a pour-able version of mayo. Tasted good tho.
“...a diving partnership.”? Or maybe a DIVINE partnership?
