If a twelve-year-old is going to die in a few hours regardless, its not clear that a young person like that should continue to be protected from sexuality. Why die a virgin…unless you want to, I guess.

Damn, I'd actually forgotten about the whole Paladin's Steed thingie, or whatever it was termed. Takes me back to the Carter administration years….
"…rejecting promiscuity by ditching his coke-addled girlfriend for his doe-eyed mistress (a weird moment of moral flexibility amid the moralizing)…"
The "Chappie" construct/character, and his creators, elicit no sympathy from yours truly. Artificial intelligence is revolting, and I'd take up arms myself, in order to ensure any sort of walking toaster got dismantled with extreme prejudice.
"You're always trying to force Masha and Sveta under the table to give you blow jobs…"
In fairness, there really is no good reason to listen to anything Amanda Marcotte has to say. Her being so wrong about the Duke rape hoax, just underlined that fact.
With a special guest cameo by Haven Monahan!
I found "Battlefield Earth" hugely entertaining, when I read it as a teenager in the 1980s. Bu I don't know where you got the idea that the Psychlos were feline. I don't recall that at all. I do recall that their bodies were compirsed not of animal/plant-type cells, but rather clumps of virus particles (which is a…

If you say so. She looks rather plain and ordinary to me, but I guess tastes vary.
"Dead of Night" is magnificent, but please feel free to skip the vaguely golf-themed comic relief segment.
I'm not at all clear there's any reason to believe men ("Noah," in this case) remember women as looking more attractive than they actually were. They might lie about it to someone else, but they themselves know very well just how attractive (or not) were the women with whom they've slept.
LOL, I voted for Pat Buchanan for President, and even I think that comment might be a little bit racist.
No matter how well the movie might've been made, its still based on a so-called "memoir," which constitutes a pack of self-serving, grandiose lies (on the part of a man who seems to be something of sniper idiot savant).
The slaying of "the Younglings," is perhaps the only memorable scene in the whole trilogy. I loved it (the one scene, that is).
I honestly think "The Two Towers" is one of the greatest films ever made, but I'm tempted not to even bother see this at all.
I haven't watched an episode of "The Simpsons" since the Bush administration. The first one, that is.
I've never seen any any of these movies…probably because I turned twelve long before any of them came out.
I never thought about that, but you're totally right; you don't see a lot of Johnsons on TV or in films, but when you do, they are invariably flaccid.
"House of Cards" doesn't even crack the top 35? Really?
