I misread your writing of “Burt Reynolds is creepy and contemplates having his way with a sleeping Lonnie Anderson.”

I appreciate your kicker on the end that it’s just not for you.

I used to watch Macau, and I had to stop because I realized it’s a crippling or death causing incident for someone.

The NFL actually does this with their referee crews. The NFL review every penalty or questionable non penalty in games by the refs every week. I forget the exact number, but if a certain officiating crew falls under the a percentage a season (I want to say 70%) of having their calls confirmed by the top officiating

That’s almost always for financing and announced by the manufacturer in conjunction with their finance partner. Plus the terms are listed so you are able to do your due diligence before going in.

Yes and no. A large group should try to minimize checks, but not necessarily.

Being in the market for a new car right now (I want to get a 4 door Bronco) I don’t dress up unless you are paying me to, its a funeral, wedding, or I’m trying to impress a lady.

Coppola made three of my favorite films the first two “Godfathers”, and then “Apocalypse Now” being my favorite. Duvall is essential to all of them.

The only meal I plan is that I will either go to Chili’s at O’Hare or in the city I am going to.

Norm Macdonald has a Show should be on this list.

Part of CFA’s corporate strategy is to actually find the cheapest property available in an area they’ve found an operator to work with. This generally means a small lot that is right near the road with space limited space.

I think the stop of alcohol service on planes was part of the problem with this increased uptick in incidents. Some people “need” their alcohol, when they found out they couldn’t get it on the plane they decided to max it out in the airport bar before hand.

I once fell asleep on the couch and woke up to an episode of “Broad City” that is still the only thing I will ever remember about the show. Someone is trying to get an apartment I think and the landlord wants to make sure they aren’t a hipster. This is the only line I remember from that show:

I defer to the fast food expert Bill Oakley who said these were too bready,

He did twenty years being the top guy in Latin American finance? Plus his house was in Miami.

I really enjoy Culver’s. One advantage is it is primarily a regional chain with a reliable supply chain. Also another place that puts a plus on having a smaller staff that shares roles equally, and a focus on customer service.

With I think every sketch they all started out “is this really your best effort” but by the end I was laughing at each one.

Phillip Morris isn’t just a sponsor of Ferrari, they actually buy the rights to the livery every year for something like 400-500$ million. They then sell the space to sponsors. In return Phillip Morris gets incredible access to use Ferrari in their marketing in the countries they can still advertise in.

Grey Goose doesn’t make vodka, they buy vodka and then sell it under their design. So it is believable that Kirkland is buying from the same source. Don’t know for sure about Bacardi though.

My favorite Dunkirk/Styles related story is that Nolan didn’t know who he cast. Nolan being famously anti mainstream anything, had open casting calls for British actors for Dunkirk who had limited previous screen credits.
