What about trademark and the right to parody? Kieron Dwyer's LCD comic cover clearly parodied the Starbucks logo using only the idea of a girl inside a green circle and changing the content, intent and meaning of the piece for the purpose of satirizing an aspect of popular culture — and yet, Starbucks won that case.…

This would make a damn interesting movie. Especially with a bit of Bridge to Terabithia stuff going on.

Slight correction: "lines from the end of scripture" should be "lines from the Hindu scripture."

To be fair, Cap regularly fights Red Guardian, Master Man and other nationalist symbols, Thor has spent the past few years primarily fighting villains with hammers, and Hawkeye's main villains are guys with bows and arrows (and a few guys who are good at juggling).
