There are ways to discover what camera a picture was shot with digitally. You can open up a photo in iPhoto and Get Info on it and it will tell you everything there is to know about the picture. Something that is difficult to forge. I think it is very unlikely that these are counterfeit...

Big deal. You will have your shitty battery life for two years as they continue to develop the technology and make it better. And what's the point of 4G if you can burn through your data in 20 minutes? I don't care how far the speeds and battery life gets, I will not use 4G without an unlimited data plan. Period.
